Happy B-day Great Grandma

Grandma Pauline and the Aunts came down to celebrate Grandma's birthday.  We took her shopping for a new outfit, out to lunch at Olive Garden, and then back to our house for cake and ice cream and more presents.  Best of all, they got to meet our new little sweetie!

That's right, Kori turned the big 20!  And lucky us got to celebrate IN PERSON this year!!  We love having you home for as long as we can Kori!  We're so proud of the way you care about people and have the desire to improve the world around you.  What a great example you are of someone who lives her life like she should, who follows her Heavenly Father, and who sets goals and achieves them.  We are so blessed to have you in our family and we love you so much.  Happy Birthday!!

First Days With The Baby

We can hardly believe that a little more than a week ago, we didn't even know this precious little one, and now we can't imagine life without her.  We're so glad you're here Olivia!!

On Thursday, she made her first visit to our house, and her Auntie Kori took some newborn shots!  She was not happy at first, but she settled down and we got some adorable photos of her.  I can't wait for them to be ready!

Baby Momma looks amazing and feels really good.  Yay for her!!

The animals got to meet Olivia.  Cider was a little interested, but really she just wanted anyone to pet her and she was just happy to be in the house.  Kevin was curious enough to hang out in the living room with us a little bit, but he hid while Olivia was crying.  Oh, and he attacked my legs while I was holding her!  Can you say jealous? 

Cute little tired Daddy got a teensy nap while he was here.

Oscar Party

While Olivia and her parents were attending a birthday party at the Ulrich's house, the rest of us Thompsons got our Oscar on.  We may not watch the Superbowl, but we never miss the Oscars, and it's always a party!  We weren't rooting for any particular movies this year, but we enjoyed Oscar Bingo, prizes, popcorn, and goodies.  Kori scored a blackout card while mom only got one measly prize.   Lots of fun!
