I'd Tell You I Love You But Then I'd Have To Kill You

Lucky us! We got to meet Ally Carter, author of our favorite Gallagher girls books! Karlee had seen an advertisement at her library and invited me down. Amy rode with me. We met Karlee and Livi and went to Zupa's for dinner, and then we headed to the Bountiful library. Ally came out and spoke for a half hour or so, and answered a few questions, and then she signed our books. She was just delightful to listen to, funny and she had some good stories about writing her books. It was a really fun night!

Fat Bike

The fat bike conversion is finally complete! Someone is very very happy.

Epic Sleepover

We had an epic sleepover with our favorite girl Friday night and Saturday. Livi's parents had a Friday date night and Saturday temple day, and we got to take care of Livi. Here are some of the fun things we did:
Visited the library and saw Miss Karen...

Ate beans and rice at El Toro...

Had a tubby, watched Ratatouille, read some books, talked to mom and dad on the phone, slept in sleeping bags on the living room floor...

In the morning ate some breakfast...

Took some silly selfies at the breakfast table...

Went to the grocery store...

Walked to the park, opened the mail which included a Belle dress...

Went back to the library for more books and DVDs, had mac and cheese for lunch, had a giant snuggle while having a movie nap...

When this happy mommy and daddy got here to pick up Livi, they stayed for a while, we played outside in the sandbox, ate popsicles, colored rocks, walked to the park again, and then made pancakes for dinner. Then they all had to go home. Boo. But we had SO much FUN!! Let's do it again sooooooon!!!
