Happy Birthday Dear Pop Pop!

We celebrated Pop Pop's birthday at Colton and Karlee's with dinner, playing with Livi, baby snuggles, cupcakes and presents!

Later, Colton sent pics of the girls at midnight. Livi was asleep, but Ivy was wide awake for her first New Year's Eve!

Christmas

We had a delightful Christmas! For Christmas Eve, we went down to Colton and Karlee's, went to church with them, talked to Kori after church, made sugar cookies and had Christmas Eve dinner and festivities. We had a great visit with Kori! She is living in the city now, serving as a Sister Training Leader, serving with all the other Sisters and traveling all around the mission. She is happy and doesn't want her mission to end. Livi was a blast with the cookie making. She loved making the cookies, and she really loved decorating the cookies. She just went for it, totally covering them in sparkles and sprinkles. No doubt Livi's cookies were Santa's favorites this year! Ivy slept through a lot of her first Christmas Eve, but she is such a sweet baby and we love her so much. We can't believe she's a month old already! Colton and Karlee split dinner with us, we had a yummy roast, rolls, potatoes and salad. Cookies for dessert! We read the Christmas story, the girls got new jammies, and we listened to the story of The Polar Express. When Livi was ready for bed, we headed home to our new jammies! We had a lazy Christmas morning opening presents, having breakfast, and then we played with our stuff and watched Stranger Things. Clint is loving Stranger Things just like we knew he would! Colton and Karlee and the girls came and visited in the afternoon. We loved having Clint home. It's been a wonderful holiday!
