After last year's enormous tree, we decided to get a normal sized 10 footer this year. We had Clint with us to help choose. It was fun to be able to tromp around in the snow. As soon as we found a place to stop on the road, we looked up the hill and saw this tree and decided on the spot that it was the one. It only took us a few minutes to cut it down and load it up. It was a beautiful day and we saw lots of other folks out cutting down their trees. We decorated it up that evening, and it turned out really pretty. Merry Christmas!

Thompson Turkeys
We had everyone here except Kori for turkey day. We ordered dinner from Lee's again, plus added a couple salads and Karlee brought a yummy apple pie. It was delicious! We had fun playing slot cars and walking down to the water after dinner. The men all showed up wearing almost the exact same thing. They also had matching facial hair thanks to No Shave November. This is not the first time they have all matched! It's like they're related or something, ha ha. We talked to Kori for a minute, she and Kent were eating at a family friend's house. We miss her but are happy that she's so happy in Oregon. So grateful for this family of ours! Happy Thanksgiving!
