Moving In

 Colton and Karlee finally got to move into their house! There was a bit of a delay as they found out at the last minute that their buyer's paperwork wasn't complete. It was a stressful few days while they were staying at the Ulriches with four kids and an overnight bag and all their stuff packed up in a U-Haul. But the day finally came. Their new ward's YM came and helped unload which was a huge help. Their new house is clean, big and super nice! We are so happy to have them closer to us, and in a great neighborhood and ward. Welcome Home Thompsons!!

Cuties

While Colton and Karlee packed up their house to move, this was my job. I think it was the best job. :) The kids also composed a story while we were playing. They would go out to the moving truck and observe and then bring me back the information and I wrote it down. Here's our story:

Hello. These are my headlights. It will be so nice when you're closer. This is some water. Yep. Deedeedeedadadabbbbdoddy. Orange. Bading. Hmmm. Hmmm. Clink clink. quichy quichy. He putted the vacuum in the moving truck. Mmmmmmmmmmm. So we could take it to our new house. To dig at the math park. Door man. Tssssssssss. Zzzzzzhhhhhhh. Vrooooom. Vvvvvvvvvvvv. Swishhhhh. Clinky clank. Spray spray. Vraaaaaaammmmmm. Stomp stomp. Mop that whole area right there. Can I have a turn yet? Daddy says I can have a turn. Almost done. You can mop in here. She needs to have a turn bud. Right now. Okay Ivy are you done mopping? Okay. It must be good for your turn to be done of the mopping. The End. 

Rick Rocked!

 Rick Springfield came to Logan! He still looks and sounds great. I was in heaven! Wes was a good support to come with me. Rick even looked up and saw my towel, ha ha! And we made eye contact a time or two. It was awesome! I've been singing Rick Springfield songs ever since! 

Glow Up

 I've had Invisalign for the last year and a half. I finally got them off! My bite is back to normal and my smile is like it used to be. I am so happy! Here's a before and after...

Spring Wildlife

 When we got home from Graduation, we could tell the snow had finally started to melt. We've seen some cool wildlife recently. Even though the lake is still frozen and it's still cool, it is starting to feel like Spring. 

SUU Commencement

 Congrats Clint and Breonna! What a power couple. They both graduated Summa Cum Laude. Breonna was the top Ceramics student and Valedictorian of the College of Performing and Visual Arts. Clint earned a BS in Accounting, Breonna a BFA in Studio Arts - Ceramics. We are so proud! Wes is excited to have another SUU alum in the family. It was a busy day. Commencement for everyone was a 8 in the morning, then Breonna's convocation was at 12:30 and Clint's was at 8 in the evening. On top of that, they both had to be moved out of their apartments by noon. We laughed at their tassels. Instead of graduating with their school colors, the students in different departments all had different colors. Clint's was tan and Breonna's was brown. They were not impressed by tan and brown. We thought that was a little weird, but I guess it's tradition. We had beautiful weather and it was a wonderful weekend. Clint and Breonna will both be working at Bear Lake this summer. Clint will be doing accounting with Epic.
