Father's Day
We are so grateful for the fathers in our lives. We're grateful that Wes could be Padreman and PopPop to our crew. Colton had a nice day with his family and sounded like yummy food at the Ulriches. Clint and Breonna came up and hung out Friday and Saturday. Kori sent a nice text. Sunday we went to church, grilled some chicken, Wes had a nice Father's Day nap, and in the evening we went for a side by side ride to see the summer wildflowers.
Bear Lake Monster
Could this be the elusive Bear Lake Monster? We were out on the boat and came across this guy out for a nice swim. He was out pretty far, so we kind of followed him at a distance and gently pushed him toward shore until he was out of the water. That's something you don't see every day!
Girl's Camp
Wes and I both got to go to Girl's Camp at Heber Valley with our stake. Wes as a Bishopric representative and me as a cook. We had a blast! It is so beautiful up there. It really is sacred ground. The camp was great, the girls were fantastic! I worked my little fanny off from sunup to sundown. Haven't worked that hard in a long long time. But the ladies I got to hang out with were so fun, and we ate really well. We loved it!
