Ready For Adventure

Wes got himself a new-to-him adventure bike. He is super excited. We're trying to come up with a name for her.

Nimmy's Art

Olivia was featured on her art teacher's blog. What an honor! The article included lots of pictures of Livi with her art pieces as well as her answers to some questions. She is amazing! I didn't capture the whole article, but I did get a few screenshots.

I Will Choose To Serve The Lord

Colton and Karlee's family sang in their ward. We were not able to attend as we were on one of our trips, but thank goodness for Zoom which allowed us to tune in! They sang I Will Choose to Serve the Lord. The kids all had solo parts, and they did an excellent job. They were all confident and their voices sounded great. Sweetest family!

Wedding Season

Kori sent us a few recent shots from some of her weddings and engagements. She is sure talented! The one with the feather cape was even featured in the NY Times, though Kori didn't get a mention as she was the second shooter and they used the photos from the principle photographer. But still, pretty dang cool!

Pretty Fall Ride

We had a fun side by side ride with our new friends Todd and Brenda up through the local hills. Pretty day.

Swing Arm City

Another fun trip to Swing Arm City with our local riding friends, complete with Iris for breakfast, camp crafts, giant campfires, fireworks, squirrel meat, motorcycles galore, cute kids, pumpkins, and the regular wind and dust. A couple of mishaps, Jack Bjoralt smashed his thumb and had to be driven up to Primary's for surgery. He's gonna be okay, luckily. Wes and I kept the curse of the flat tires going on the way home. We were so enamored with the views through Tabiona that we didn't notice anything until we pulled into a gas station in Kamas. Wes, the master tire changer had us back on the road in minutes.

Bar 10

The Bar 10 Ranch trip this year was a fun one. No breakdowns this time, hallelujah! We just had a massive thunderstorm just as we were getting to the Tuweep lookout. It was pretty scary. Lightning was all around us. We were getting pelted by rain and hail. So we turned back to the ranger station to wait out the rain, and then made our way back to the Bar 10 in some slippery mud. We've never been so muddy! It was crazy and fun. Once again, excellent food, lodgings and people. We brought our friends the Davises and their friends the Jorgensens.
