We call it "the awkward photo." Colton had just barely gotten home from his mission that very day. Since it was Valentine's Day, he really wanted to see Karlee. Although these two crushed on each other, they didn't date at all before the mission and didn't know each other very well. They wrote and got to know each other long distance. So you can imagine that although they were excited to see each other, they were both nervous and a little awkward. Well, what a difference a year can make! Now they are married!! So we made them pose for an awkward photo re-creation last night:
And this is how much their comfort level has changed in a year! We love you two. Happy Valentine's Day!!
