Had another little getaway with Kori over the weekend. Grateful for a little time to play before she leaves for Ecuador on Tuesday. It's just mad packing and last minute arrangements from here on out, but we did have a wonderful time at Bloomington Lake! We listened to National Parks, One Republic, and Lumineers the whole way, discussed life, thrilled at the beauty around us, and chased cows.

This was on the way. We called it The Shire. |
Just love this beautiful clear water. |
Selfies at the lake. |
In true Kori fashion, she wanted to climb on all the rocks. After all, she is a geologist's daughter. |
And sit among the wildflowers. Wild child. |
My attempt at a foot shot, not as cool as Kori's. But aren't Kori's new shoes the bomb? |
She didn't bring her suit, but she would have regretted not getting in that water. Mermaid. |
No regrets for me. I just liked looking at it and taking pictures! |
I was sad that the cows wouldn't let me get close enough to them to pet them. |
We called this the Cider cow. |
This little photo bomber calf was so adorable! |
And we couldn't get over these cute cows with the white hearts on their foreheads. |
