One of the highlights of our trip was a jet boat ride up the Rogue River. We rode 60 miles up the river, stopped at a lodge for a delicious lunch, and then rode back. We saw all kind of waterbirds, egrets, blue herons, plus lots of bald eagles. We had the funniest boat driver who kept us entertained with his sing song narration, plus he would turn the boat in circles and get us wet. It was a blast!
