Road Trip

 It was a quick trip to see Kori for the concert, but Wes and I saw a few other things while we were on our way. We stopped at Multnomah Falls and hiked to several waterfalls. Kori sent us to the coolest rock museum that was in the coolest 1952 house. Wes was ultra impressed with the caliber of the collections. On the way home we stopped at Craters of the Moon in Idaho and we loved that too!

Girls On Fire

 Kori and I saw Alicia Keys in Portland! It was a dream come true for us. We both love Alicia, and boy did she ever put on a great show! She is incredible live. She sang and danced and played for two straight hours, she never left the stage, and all in stilettos. We were impressed. We love her even more now!

Teenage Wildlife

 After Jamie and I reconnected with our friend Melissa this summer, she sent us a whole bunch of treasured photos from our teenage days. These are so fun to see! I had the best friends when I was in high school and college, and so many great memories are in these photos.

Banff

 Kori and Kent visited Banff and Lake Louise. I'm so jealous, I want to do this trip someday.

 School has started for the grandkids!
