Christmas Day

 We woke up to a cute little visitor out our window. We opened our stockings, ate breakfast and then headed to church where we had a wonderful musical Christmas program. After church, we dug in to the gifts. We were a little embarrassed by how many presents there were for only the three of us! Wes got a rockcrawler Scout. Clint had way too much fun shopping for us as many of the gifts were from him. Santa brought Jaws the game which is so fun. We had a blast. Colton sent us photos of their Christmas morning and we facetimed with Kori to hear about her and Kent's day. Clint cooked some yummy Babish chicken parm sandwiches for Christmas dinner. A friend brought us the fixings for an apple pie. Breonna came to visit the day after Christmas, and we spent the week playing games, watching movies, doing our new puzzles, and skiing. It's been a really nice holiday! So grateful for our Savior and his example!

Christmas Eve

 It was a fun time at Colton's for sugar cookies and an easy lunch of pizza, salad and bread. The kids were super excited about Christmas and they loved cutting out and decorating their cookies. We had giant chickens, robots, and lots of gummy snowmen and trees. Plus sprinkles literally everywhere! We facetimed Kori in for a bit. After driving home that evening, Wes and Clint and I enjoyed a dinner of crock pot beef stew and rolls. We got some new pajamas from the elves, Colton sent us photos of the kids's new pj's, and we finished up the evening with a really fun movie, Glass Onion.

Friends

 We are so grateful for all of these new friends we have met here in Garden City. This place is definitely full of some wonderful people and we are so glad to know them. We went to an incredible Christmas party at the Baird's home, complete with a many course meal, gorgeous decorations, fine china, fun games, and great conversation. Merry Christmas friends!

Playing In The Snow

 Wes and Clint went for a snowmobile adventure in the new snow and had a great time!

Big Snow

 We've had a lot of snow so far this year. We've been cold with a layer of white stuff since early November. We got a ton of new snow today. Looks like it's gonna be a white Christmas! We're glad Clint is here safe and sound already. Bring on the snow, we need a good water year this year for our lake!

Ivy Is Fivey!

 Happy Birthday to our newest five year old! We finally got to celebrate! A party was planned the day after Ivy's birthday, but her family was sick, so we had to postpone. We celebrated with family and root beer floats a week later, and then a week after that, Pop Pop and I finally got to take Ivy shopping for her birthday. Nothing like making your birthday stretch all month long! Ivy chose a pogo hopper and a coloring book for her gift, and then we went to Zupas! So fun! We love you sweetheart!!
