We had the super fun opportunity to go on a UTMA side by side ride to the Grand Canyon. We rode from St George to the Bar 10 Ranch, a working cattle ranch close to the Grand Canyon that has a lodge. The Bar 10 was just delightful! We stayed on a Conestoga wagon, and they cooked every meal. Everything we ate was delicious! We went on some fun rides, saw lots of cool geology and a variety of landscapes. We saw a tarantula on the trail, and a lot of lizards and desert flowers. One machine in our group broke down on the way in. Their axle broke and they lost a wheel. On the way back out, Wes and I went to help them get it going. The Grand Canyon is breathtaking and deep! The overlooks we went to were pristine, there was no one else there but our group, and that was cool. Such a great trip! Thanks UTMA!
