We love having the Wallaces for neighbors for a LOT of reasons. One of those reasons is because when they moved here they brought with them this awesome 4th of July tradition. We get together with our neighbors in the cul de sac for a huge BBQ and fireworks extravaganza! We've gone from watching the big boys set off the fireworks with little kids on our laps, to now all the kids are setting off the fireworks and the big boys are on missions! We're half amazed that we haven't had to take anyone to the emergency room yet! But it's always a super fun time. Thanks Wallys and all our cul de sac friends!
Mmmmm.... yummy food:
Friends:
I love the look on Kenna's face here:
And of course, FIREWORKS!
Utah loosened up its fireworks regulations this year, allowing more kinds of fireworks, aerials, and allowing us to shoot them off for an entire month! Jeff brought out the "big gun" this year in the form of Bruno, a suitcase sized massive grand finale that shot off 30 aerial fireworks! It was cool. Kori left before she could get some pics of the night time fireworks display. She went with some friends to the Lewiston fireworks instead:
